Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Overview: This cottage bungalow is a beautiful expression of form and function. The design thoughtfully extends the narrow driveway to improve circulation, using reclaimed materials throughout. A new rain garden treats runoff from the home's downspout, resolving water problems that had been affecting the basement. The planting design, currently under construction, will become an ecological meadow framed by a stone wall and low fence. We're excited to watch this garden grow steadily into a beautiful spot for sunset basking.
